OTJ Wins CREBA Best Architecture Firm Award

The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington D.C. (CREBA) honored OTJ Architects with the 2018 Best in Industry Award in the Architecture Firm category.  The prestigious award, which recognizes affiliate member organizations that make notable contributions to the success of brokers, was presented at the organization’s annual Awards Dinner.  The event was held at the Ritz-Carlton and drew more than 500 attendees from across the country.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by our partners in the commercial real estate industry for our commitment to excellence,” notes OTJ Managing Partner Lance Jaccard, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP.  “We pride ourselves on the strength of our relationships with the brokerage community and in our ability to serve as advocates to our shared clients.”

Within the past year alone, OTJ has completed Washington Metropolitan area projects for such clients as Yelp, Adobe, Sands Capital Management, Darden School of Business, The Aspen Institute, and Alarm.com to name a few.

The annual CREBA Awards Dinner is focused primarily on top commercial dealmakers, but this year OTJ joined an exclusive pantheon of CREBA winners in non-brokerage categories. Other firms receiving the 2018 awards included Douglas Development Corporation, JBG Smith, Bognet Construction, JK Moving Services, Washington Workplace, and law firm Greenstein, Delorme & Luchs.
