OTJ Architects has expanded the geographic reach of its practice with the opening of a Miami, FL studio, located in Wynwood, the city’s vibrant Arts District. The launch of this South Florida office follows less than two years after the introduction of our New York studio and reflects our emergence as a national design partner to many of the most notable public and private organizations throughout North America. Managing Partner Lance Jaccard, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, remarked: “The addition of our Miami studio represents a strategic effort to increase our firm’s ability to serve clients across multiple national locations. We look forward to introducing our most innovative design typologies and delivery capabilities to a region that has become one of the driving economic engines in the country.”
Our Miami office will be headed by noted workplace strategist and interior designer Eric Holland, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, who joins the firm as Partner and Studio Director. Prior to this role, Eric served as Principal at global planning, architecture, and engineering firm Stantec where he led the design and delivery of workplaces for PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Suffolk Construction, Wix, as well as law firms Berger Singerman and Fowler White Burnett, P.A. to name a few. An active member of the Miami business and design communities, Eric is recognized for his ability to develop workplace solutions that maximize functionality and space utilization without compromise to aesthetics.
