Transwestern’s goal was to have a functional and sophisticated work environment with the capability to host their clientele. Additionally, Transwestern wanted a sustainable design that appealed to their talented brokers and employees.
As Transwestern has a large presence off the elevator, the design features a complete glass façade and intricate signage welcoming visitors into the multi-functional reception and conference space. OTJ incorporated various sized conference rooms and a galley pantry adjacent to the marble reception desk to allow convenient hosting for events. Both interior and perimeter offices feature all glass fronts to give a direct site to the outdoors for every employee. The conceptual aesthetic design reflects a suit being tailored and fitted, elements for the lining and tie and accessories that accent the ensemble without overpowering it.
