Adobe Systems retained OTJ to lead the renovation and expansion of their Washington, DC offices and deliver an environment that would mirror the software giant’s vibrant brand persona. Our designers engaged in a deeply collaborative process with Adobe team members located across North America, leveraging the capabilities of the client’s own software platforms to accelerate the exchange of information. This insight into the organization’s products and culture allowed us to develop solutions uniquely suited to support Adobe’s operations. Accordingly, the renovated workplace features a divisible training center complete with moveable partitions that allow for rapid reconfiguration, state-of-the-art audio visual systems, as well as contemporary pantries that invite staff to gather and connect. Our partnership with Adobe extended to the development of a graphics package designed to reference both signature brand elements and the office’s Washington location. In addition, we translated Adobe’s iconic logo into a living garden wall. This focal piece serves as a subtle reminder of this progressive company’s longstanding commitment to sustainability and employee well-being.
