OTJ is
currently seeking to fill the following
three positions:
Develop & plan
the design, structure specifications, materials, colors, equipment,
cost & schedule with 3D models and/or scale drawing; prepare & coordinate
construction documents for building contractors; represent client
in project bids, contractors recommendations, & negotiations;
oversee all phases in implementing the project. Masters Degree & minimum
3 years experience in Architecture, or BS/BA and minimum 8 years
progressive experience in Architecture.
M-F:
40 hrs/wk. Working knowledge of Autodesk Architectural
Desktop, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, 3D Studio VIZ, SketchUp, & Microsoft
Office.
