When the project began, SunEdison was in the process of creating a new company and working through a re-branding process. The two floors selected for relocation are designed to house both organizations, with the companies eventually separating on different floors.
OTJ’s design features an open layout concept integrated with glass-lined perimeter offices and contemporary detailing. Abstract graphics and materials reinforce the brand message and organization’s ideals. A variety of meeting spaces were provided to support day-to-day business activities. Integrated and interactive audio visual technology provides the necessary tools to foster innovation and cohesion. Teaming rooms and a staff lounge with flexible furniture complement the open floor plan to allow staff in workstations to readily collaborate with one another.
