OTJ currently offers clients the potential to receive any of the following LEED Certifications:

  • LEED BD+C (which includes the NC, CS, and the new Schools, Healthcare, and Retail rating systems): For new construction and major renovations of whole buildings.
  • LEED ID+C (which includes the old CI and the new RI): For build-outs and renovations of corporate and retail interior spaces.
  • LEED EBOM (formerly EB): For green management of existing base building operations and maintenance.

OTJ understands that while our clients may initially strive for LEED Certification, the cost implications may deter their goals. We are experienced with coming up with creative, cost effective ways to implement sustainable aspects in our projects.
