The overall project objective was to integrate this design into the 1960's tower massing of the two buildings. An additional objective was to activate the street level by introducing retail tenants into the suites flanking the office building lobby entrances. This integrated building base will be capped by a landscaped terrace overlooking the heart of Rosslyn and provide astonishing views of Washington, DC. 

1501 Wilson Boulevard, a 13 story office building offering 126,000 SF of leasable space, is located three blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station.  Monday Properties undertook a series of additional renovations to further improve its efficiency and carbon emissions, earning the EPA's ENERGY STAR rating. 

 

1515 Wilson Boulevard, a 12 story office building that offers 127,000 SF of leasable space and is also ENERGY STAR rated. This building is also located just three blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station and provides secure garage parking for all tenants if available.
