OTJ Architects is proud to support the men and women of the U.S. Military with their Silver Sponsorship of the 2011 Annual Charity Golf Tournament for Military Family Relief, organized by The Columbia Group.
“The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society owes a significant debt of gratitude to the sponsors and participants of this annual charity golf tournament hosted by The Columbia Group,” said Commander John W. Alexander, USN (Ret), Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of NMCRS. “It comes as no surprise that this event continues to grow in popularity, or that it continues to attract additional thoughtful and generous sponsors. The Society is honored to be one of the two organizations to benefit from this event, and we are proud to commit these resources to providing financial assistance to Sailors, Marines and their families in need.”
This year’s campaign culminated in the highest dollar amount raised in the history of the charitable event. All proceeds will be used by the charities to meet critical needs of the Sailors and Marines serving our country. This includes providing injured veterans with: housing and transportation assistance, help in managing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and combat stress, as well as Combat Casualty Visiting Nurses who provide long-term case management, health and resource information, and emotional support to their families.
