Dubbed the "Dream Team," the article shares details of Kim and Kyle's award winning design for LivingSocial's headquarters in downtown DC. LivingSocial's office showcases a new brand of workplace design in the district. 

Lorton Workhouse Arts Center recently opened the Youth Arts Center in Building W-3. Partner in Charge of this adaptive reuse project, Tony Martin, was thrilled when his daughters, Siena and Gianna, were asked to cut the ribbon at the grand opening! 

“Focus on Excellence” was the theme of the Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards held in late November, 2011. OTJ Architects’ design for Surescripts was bestowed the “Award of Merit for Best Interiors, Tenant Space: 15,000 SF to 49,999 SF.”
